Install Audit 360 for Jira

Audit 360 for Jira is installed from the Atlassian Marketplace by a Jira site administrator or organization administrator.

Before you begin

You need:

• Jira Cloud administrator access.
• Permission to install Marketplace apps on the target Atlassian site.
• Permission to approve the app permissions shown during installation.
• An Atlassian Marketplace trial or paid subscription.

Install from Atlassian Marketplace

1. Go to Atlassian Marketplace.
2. Search for Audit 360 for Jira.
3. Open the app listing.
4. Select Try it free.
5. Select the Atlassian site where the app should be installed.
6. Review the app details, edition, and connected Atlassian product.
7. Review the requested permissions.
8. Approve the installation.
9. Wait for the installation to complete.
10. Open Jira administration and locate Audit 360 for Jira.

Start your trial

Audit 360 for Jira is a paid Marketplace app and may offer trials based on Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. If a trial is available, select Try it free from the Marketplace listing and follow the Marketplace prompts.

After installation

After the app is installed:

1. Open Jira.
2. Go to Apps or Jira administration, depending on where Atlassian displays the app on your site.
3. Open Audit 360 for Jira.
4. Start with the Custom Fields Audit module.
5. Run your first audit from Custom Fields Audit -> Audit Overview.

Permissions

During installation, Atlassian shows the permissions requested by the app. These permissions allow Audit 360 for Jira to read Jira configuration metadata required for audit workflows.

Troubleshooting installation

If the app cannot be installed:

• Confirm you are an organization admin or site admin.
• Confirm Marketplace apps are allowed for the site.
• Confirm the target Jira site has the required product access configuration.
• Retry installation from the Marketplace listing.
• Contact A360A support if installation still fails.
