Overview
Audit 360 for Jira is a read-only audit app for Jira Cloud administrators. It helps you review where configuration is used, identify governance risks, and keep a record of completed audits.
Audit 360 for Jira includes the following launch modules:
Audit Library
Use Audit Library to review completed audit runs, load previous results, pin important audits, rename runs, and manage audit history.
Custom Fields Audit
Use Custom Fields Audit to understand where Jira custom fields are used, identify configuration dependencies, review cleanup candidates, and assess risk before changing fields.
Spaces Audit
Use Spaces Audit to review Jira spaces/projects, ownership and configuration signals, activity, dependency impact, and governance findings where supported.
What Audit 360 Does
Audit 360 summarizes signals that are useful before cleanup, consolidation, migration, or governance review work. Custom Fields Audit scans fields Jira reports as unlocked and looks for supported usage signals across configuration, dependencies, and count-only population checks. Spaces Audit reviews Jira spaces/projects, ownership signals, activity signals, configuration signals, and governance findings.
Audit results help administrators decide what to review next. They are not automatic cleanup instructions.
What Audit 360 Does Not Do
Audit 360 does not modify Jira configuration or work items. It does not delete fields, archive projects, change workflows, update filters, edit boards, or modify Automation rules.
Only the workflows described in this documentation should be treated as available launch behavior.
