Understand Results
Audit 360 results are decision-support evidence for Jira administrators. They help you identify where to review configuration before making changes.
Result Types
Custom Fields Audit results can include:
- Usage signals: Supported evidence that a field appears in Jira configuration, dependencies, associated spaces, or count-only population checks.
- Governance status: An advisory classification based on detected signals and coverage.
- Risk and confidence: Decision-support indicators that help prioritize review.
- Cleanup recommendation: A run-scoped advisory recommendation for fields that may need review.
Spaces Audit results can include:
- Inventory signals: Space/project key, name, category, type, style, archive state, and lead/owner where Jira exposes them.
- Activity signals: Count-only activity and latest activity timestamp where available.
- Dependency signals: Saved-filter references and indirect board or dashboard impact where metadata is available.
- Governance findings: Risk and review indicators derived from normalized audit evidence.
Advisory Recommendations
Recommendations are not automatic actions. A cleanup candidate means Audit 360 did not detect supported usage signals with enough coverage to make that advisory classification. It does not guarantee that a field is safe to delete.
Review field or space context, business ownership, and any external processes before changing Jira configuration.
Loaded Runs
When you load a run from Audit Library, Audit 360 displays stored results from that completed run. Loading a run does not rescan Jira and does not update the evidence.
